December 2025
In December we lost our HKM church member Meramma.
She was more than just a member but family to us. Please pray for all of us as we come to terms with the loss of our dear sister in Christ. She was faithful, always present and had a wonderful servant heart. We will see her again one day !
RIP Meramma
It's Christmas season and we have been conducting our Christmas carol services in the local colonies near the church. We have been amazed at all the families that have come out and sang with us, lit candles and remembered the true meaning of Christmas!
A big thankyou to all who made a donation to our 2025 Christmas Shoebox appeal. We have been overwhelmed at the response from all the churches, individuals and organisations who helped out. The boxes arrived safely and HKM went out to distribute just before Christmas to some needy children. It was a real joy to see the smiles on the faces of those who received.

November 2025
In November we visited a small colony outside the town of Ulavapadu. Many of these residents were victims of the most recent cyclone. HKM distributed some supplies to the needy families and children.

October 2025
In October we headed north to a small colony near the town of Repalle. Here we met the locals and conducted an outreach. We are always humbled at the lack of basic provisions and needs but thanks to your donations we can help with some of the basics.
Also we share the heartbreaking news that one of our oldest and faithful members at HKM called "Gospel" passed on to her heavenly reward. We will miss her terribly but know she is in a better place!
RIP Gospel Nan.
Later in October the East coast of India suffered the effects of a cyclone. Many people in the vicinity of HKM lost their homes, agriculture and livelihood. Please pray for those who have suffered in the aftermath.

September 2025
In September HKM Church welcomed its newest and youngest member! Both mother and baby are well and flourishing. We give God thanks for a safe delivery!
Pastor John Marks and his wife gifted a baby blanket and clothes for the newborn from all at HKM.

In August HKM hosted their annual Ladies meeting. Local women from the colony joined together in worship and the word.

JULY 2025
In July the construction is still continuing with the church's structural pillars being erected. As you can see it's thirsty work as the workmen take a much needed tea break!
In the image below you can see that HKM made a live video call to one of our partner churches in the UK. There was much excitement as both congregations greeted each other !

JUNE 2025
In June HKM conducted its first 3 day youth mission in Ongole. Many young people came out and took part. Due to its success, it is hoped that this will become a yearly event.
Meanwhile in the UK, one of our partner churches (Trinity Tabernacle, Bristol) celebrated our 40th anniversary with cake! Our UK mission partner Loui was able to share all about his latest mission and all the updates here at HKM.

HKM Celebrates Easter 2025! The members celebrate Palm Sunday by touring the village waving palm branches. On Easter Sunday after the morning service the members celebrated by having a Love feast together.
